    The Ambassador of France to Pakistan, Mrs. Martine Dorance, hosted an event on the 3rd of March, 2015 in advance of International Women’s Day celebrated on the 8th of March. This celebration gathered prominent Pakistani women, including human rights activists, artists, scholars and independent workers, media representative, students from Peshawar and women from Hunza communities.

    Paris 2015: Climate change Conference

    500 days to avoid a climate disaster - France will host the 21st session of the Conference of the Parties on Climate Change in 2015. France is working to ensure that a global climate agreement can limit global warming to 2ºC.

    Apply for postdoc scholarships

    In 2015, the Embassy of France will finance postdoc scholarships for Pakistani researchers who want to complete postdocs in France.

    The call for proposals is open from 9th of March to 1st of June 2015 and is organized in partnership with the Higher Education Commission.
